What should I do when a SearchIn provider fails?
Upstream outages, empty results, and how to get help.

Some SearchIn errors come from upstream providers (timeouts, temporary outages). Others are empty lookups with no matching data.
Quick checks
- Confirm your wallet has enough balance.
- Retry once after a short wait if the message mentions a temporary upstream issue.
- Try a second provider for the same identifier when it makes sense for the case.
Empty vs failed
- Empty means the provider responded but found no records โ that is usually not a refund case.
- Failed / unavailable means the provider or network failed โ retry or contact support with the time and provider name (never paste sensitive query text into public channels).
Get help
Use the in-app Help messenger. Tell us the provider name and approximate time โ avoid sending passwords or full PII in chat if you can describe the issue without them.
